Our Story

Our very first season.

We're brand new at this. It started last spring with a few hives behind the house, a tall stack of how-to books, and a hunch that honey from our own corner of Stratham would taste like nowhere else.

We still pull every frame by hand, let the honey settle in its own time, and jar it raw — never heated, never filtered. We're learning as we go, and we'd love for you to taste the very first harvest.
